[NGO based Academies?] If everything is the best in the academy, what about funding for the whole institute? the whole institute is more like a county that surely would need money to move mage professors and chef etc. to use their abilities and that would require tremendous amount of money to satiate their own desires like any other human being I don't see them getting paid but working like npc's in a game? it's either a flaw that lacks in this world or I am missing something pivotal enough to be barking in the wrong direction please correct me if I am wrong.
