The fact that that Heatran was by a similar leveled Chimchar/Monferno is beyond me. I know it's a fanfic, but it's both so much of a cheat, and it's so disgusting that a legendary (albeit low-leveled) get beaten up by a same type.

He makes a heatran look like a normal Pokémon....it’s a legendary.

Big loop hole, how does his Pokémon learn random move that hasn’t been listed? Last I check- learning move in the anime ain’t that easy.

heatran es un legendario pero tambien se le considera un pokemon antiguo si no sean visto la pelicula de arseus a heatran lo consideran antiguo y recuerden que en kanto no hay heatran se le puede tomar como una cria
