I wanted to comment on the next chapter but my internet sucks I just wanted to say that I am quite excited and nervous about the confrontation between Wang and his first love a part of me wants the two to go against the odds for their feelings cause you can tell that they have feelings for each other and I personally think it’s kinda bull that outside forces would mess with other people’s love lives just to repay favors or to establish relationships with family’s so I just want them to fight for that but.... the other side of me kinda wants Wang to move on but if this cousin of his is actually XMs brother then I don’t know how to feel cause so far there really hasn’t been any sense of hostility between her and her unknown brother in that brief confrontation so with how I feel about XMs brother and Mother I can’t say but... for the mom I can say she is kinda messed up leaving XM alone to fend for herself in a cruel household for 20+ yrs making her think her mom abandon her so that’s all I have to say
