I really have an ambivalent feeling about those twins and the taking advantage of Jake in this chapter. On one hand it's great they don't treat Jake as an outsider just because he's a foster kid. I bet they would've cheated Noah too with the same trick if he was in the same class. On the other hand it's also mean, exactly because Jake is a foster kid and can't very well tattle on the twins and become disliked by the Atkins boys.
