Kinda long comment! I'm assuming mianbao is the translator so I agree with his comment. Female Athletes(Fitness nowadays) can be like that if they are at that height, once again assuming it's lbs. If anything she might be out of ideal weight (among average people, aka neither fat nor slim, only normal) but most people are the same so... I think it's mocking the stereotype, where it's the supposed perfect traditional girl with all the "ideal" stuff (was it jade like skin? can't remember, + more). There are hot athletic girls and thicc ones too, who might have that height and weight and so called chubby face. It really depends on how you picture it, though that height might be intimidating to some people even more if she is more fit than you lol. For now I'll go with sports-girl like girl with kinda chubby face. (We haven't been told she is ugly just tall, fit and chubby face) Might be wrong but only time (future chapters) will tell.
