I'm so proud of you dear author for writing this part so well. I couldn't have asked for a better words and scenes than this. Yujia just being there for Lianye, listening and just there with her was enough. No amount of consoling could reduce her pain or the trauma she has gone through. I have thoroughly enjoyed yujia's growth all along and this one was special. A flawed ML with gradual development is what we love.

It would be hard for Lianye to trust men again, but that's a good thing in a very paternalistic ancient Chinese. Yujia behave correctly, given Lianye and she are not that close.
