"Parallels with what has already happened before".. both transmigrated in the Xiang Empire ( it could've been elsewhere too, lol) both were from the modern world (this sentence makes me feel kinda lame and stupid, but anyways,) both tried to run away (one for a few days and without any plans while the other planned and succeeded. one thing though, the author /rlly/ likes her runaways, jkjkjk) both were good artists (though, Yujia was not the best, maybe because evaded receiving criticism for her work) both Yujia and Yunjing (it's Y & Y) were imperfect/flawed (like every other characters in this story even if they have negligible ones, becoz this story is more on the realistic side and humans have flaws, I do too; there might be a character that doesn't, or maybe no) and slowly learnt to let go of the past/move on while also learning from the mistakes they did and slowly learning to be a better person, and be not as sceptical, Wei Yunjing in the beginning wore a happy façade but hid her scars becoz she didn't want to let others in her heart (a bit on the untrusting side) Yujia too, was not very trusting of anyone when she first transmigrated, she suspected so many ppl, even 8f she didn't want to, but slowly she has started opening her heart (to Zixu!! don't mind this one, lmao) that's some of all that I could make out... After reading all this, all I can think about is, I don’t want Yunjing to die. I really like the backstory between them, it’s so damn cute and sweet. I’ll go ahead and assume the ending will probably be bittersweet. Maybe something like they got married and Yue ze achieved his dream, but because of their family's relationship Yunjing was murdered ? Also I think Yunjing is a bit more like the ‘typical transmigrator‘ you will see in novels. But without the OPness. I’m pretty sure OPness isn’t a word.
I am amazed at how our dear author creates such interesting and lovable characters and I love them all. You are truly amazing with characters, their back story, character development, narrating the events and surroundings so realistically like we feel totally teleported to the event in the story and many more which I may have forgotten or lacks words to describe, dear author. Keep up the good work and thank you for your hard work dear author.
