There is not even a brief explanation about the MC's background/previous life on earth! How can anyone just go with the flow when they literally woke up in someone else's body in a different world all together after a fatal accident. What did the MC do before his death on earth? Is he a scientist researching quantum computing as that would make sense with him having it with him. It's been so long and yet there's no mention of this. I'm waiting for the story to get better and for the AI/Quantum super computer to awaken

The plot is so slow-paced i feel like i'm dying, it also reminds me of another novel which is equally slow-paced, i think the novel was called 'The Wizard World'.

I feel I am reading 'when a mage revolts'

I don’t know why but the feeling is that this novel is pretty boring and not fun to read :(

The old man knew of his demise? Then why didn’t he at least try to throw someone else under the bus? Sorry, but he just didn’t strike me as the noblest person.

It always amazes me how in these novels light magic manages to somehow suppress all the other types. Like how does that even happen? People with power seem like the absolute last kind of people that would turn to a god so how did they manage to get light magicians on their side originally, much less suppress all other mages?

Everytime I read "evil heretic" I see a method to had one word to the word cound later (when the novel become premium), when did a heretic is something other than "evil" for the church? Same thing withe the "the book with the clack cover", written 5 time in 3 lines... 😑

the more i read this the more i know why i had dropped it in the past.........

How can someone from the modern world see a few fireballs and feel like those powers were beyond his imagination? If they started throwing nuclear bomb powers at each other, now that would be beyond my imagination.
