EDI was created a mix of the VI we kill in the Luna mission (Mass Effect 1) and Reapers Tech. The chances she's created identical increasingly reduces with each changes of the Time-line, starting with LD creation and it's economic fights with Cerberus buisness (and heavy scientists/tech/engineers hiring).

She was just like Emily, but she had more connections and was more pushing in the questions she asked. In the games, she was against the Council and pro-humanity. Also, you could punch her in the games if you want to. Samael had interacted with her before, in other cycles, and his hands always trembled when he was in her presence... for no reason at all. - Vyktor1mthCommented
You need to add a category of ship. You can't say "it's the best" and stop here. A dreadnought will never be the best starfighter, a cargos hip will never be the best frigate, a recon ship will never be the best mining ship, etc... Since it's a 30p crew (for now), I think he created a Normandy equivalent? A Heavy Recon frigate ?

Nop, not fast man eating plants, just mutated plants that grew out of control and invaded everything (a growing plant, with enough time, can break cement and bend steel). They couldn't cut them fast enough and didn't find any way to stop them. The Batarians feed the planet.
Safe to say, it was a mistake. The mutated plants started to evolve beyond what the Batarians could handle, started to kill everything in sight, and forced them to flee the planet. - Vyktor1mthReplied to Chaosking24
We know what happened to the Quarian ship, it's in a novel "Mass Effect Andromeda : Annihilation", you can find what happened on the mass effect Fandom wiki (search the ship name "Keelah Si'yah", or for me it worked with "Andromeda Quarian ship" ).
He knew the plot of the game and the one who would become the Main Character, so he knew that the original Pathfinder, or Alec Ryder, would build a ship to leave Earth after the Reapers attack.
