foreword is that I am really enjoying the story and have been following since it's release, but on the topic of friction and wheels, it's a bit more complicated than just reducing it to make it easier to move. generally the goal of a wheel is to change the point where friction reduces speed from the ground to a spot of lower surface area that can be lubricated, in most cases the axel. this means that reducing friction on rails is not going to be helpful, and in the case of self propelled locomotion actively stops the vehicle from changing it's speed, car breaks don't work on ice well for a reason. either way it's a fun story but slight details like that stand out to me and it never hurts to know more about how and why things work

At least it's better than some Chinese novels where the author "thinks" he knows some science or biology but is basically writing pseudoscience gibberish or things that have no relation to reality
