Ant style communism only works because they are innately hardworking and selfless. exactly why it would never work for humans who need personal incentive.

Poor Wallace .He should try appealing to them in a more ant-like manner. Learnnto reason that they need to fight every now and then because it's for the common good.

I love how Wallace isn't too nervous around the ants and still dares to joke with them despite knowing what they are and how dangerous they are ^^
