I've just caught up with the story and i gotta say it positively surprised me with how good and well thought this novel is. The world building is coherent, things make sense, and the only thing i could point out as a plot hole would be the hatchling ants being able to talk just moments after they are born, as well as their understanding of concepts, things and places without being taught. I really would appreciate if the author addressed this issue, but i'm enjoying it very much nevertheless. As for the error in keeping tabs with his level of mutations, my suggestion is that you edit the chapter in wich he evolved and delete the + 10% energy bonus, and then make Anthony realise that he actually forgot he could up till 20. It would make the MC look dumb, but it's a better solution than keeping an imperfection in this gem. Thanks for the hard work and don't laze around, post more chapters, that's the Ant way :).
There is a system that can inject knowledge into your brain, and Anthony also learnt the language instantly as he gained the evolution. So since the hatchlings are born with it, they will have the ability to use it. I don't see any plot holes here. For the other concepts, they have some coming from instincts. Also learning wise they cannot be compared to a human child, since they are born with a mind that takes humans years to develop.
