I will say this I'm a huge fan of fantasy novels and a lot of them all have there issues but all r good stories, but even tho English isn't ur main language uv done 85 percent better than 2 other fantasy novels I am currently reading so I give u props for that. I also give u props for the detail and the emotions that go into this story, I am a huge criticked when it comes to fantasy novels and I don't normally give compliments but I'm giving u one even tho I haven't read that far into the story uv done well with this one compliments to the author. I'm going to keep reading I hope I can keep enjoying it!
The author chose to 'tell' us rather than 'show' us the story. There's a big difference and many new authors are unable to differentiate them. These are the skills needed to show a good author and a bad one. It's really boring reading how it is telling us that the MC did this, the MC did that. No emotion no nothing. Rather than that, author can choose to describe what happened.
