I think we'll be seeing an extreme power shift in the next chapters, no one knows that Jon is in possession of the pendant which i think he's going to reveal at the best moment to (maybe?) increase his influence, Victoria that is related to the emperor just died and solitude lost it's jarl. I'm having complicated feelings. I never really disliked Jarl Elisif and wasn't expecting her death at all

I actually liked Elisif in the game, but I guess there are reasons why Jon did that. Tiber Septim didn't become the emperor of Tamriel by being an angel to everyone.

If Jon Dare wanted to take control of Skyrim what would he need to do? Kill the Jarl of Solitude sure was on the list. Maybe Ulfric Stormcloak too, I don't remember if he's still alive or if Jon already dispatched him.
