Unity plan sounds the most popular option so Exlor would want to subvert our expectations by choosing Diplomacy or Deep Strike. Also Exlor's last competition asked for various new kinds of aliens in Red Ocean & Messier 87. Both Diplomacy and Deep Strike are suitable for plot points to use a variety of aliens. However if Deep Strike is chosen, Jannzi will chew Ves up. Plus the expert pilots produced by transcedence glow are ultimately weaker than regular expert pilots so it is better yo use it as a clutch thana regular option considering opponents from Messier 87 in the future. Therefore I think Diplomacy option will win the vote. It could also lay foundation for Anima order to be revealed to the public. Perhaps, it was XenoTechnician who orchestrated this entire thing.
