the fist of defiance faction doesn't seem to recognize something relatively basic- just to get to the red ocean these people had to have a pretty high level of competence. Of course not up to the standards of the big two by far, but within their respective classes they had to foot the bill for the beyonder gate and the people that came with them. The amount of lazy people that made it through should be the minority.
