he does have to kill saint/corrupt or higher now to get fragments. they are likely not as common to find.

also not a fan of mass or individual memory loss type things, it's waaaay worse than if an MC loses powers/gets nerfed. everything built between him and every other character in the past 1500+ chapters just up and burned for who knows how long.

it will make me kinda sad if this completely destroys his ties to the cohort- which Cassie seemed to elude to when they were splitting up at verge. she gave him the chance to be fateless, but hoped he would stay with them, insinuating if he did go through with it, he would no longer be with them at all.

think they will remember him? if his fate with them is ripped apart and gone, will he simply be forgotten? or will all of their emotions be stripped away? it was said before that touching one strand of fate effects others.

if he went through with it and removed the shadow bond, or became fateless, his name lost from light would probably change

I wonder if sunny made the choice to be free, and what made them come back was to change the decision because the result was something he regretted. the grass is greener idea. right now he thinks being fateless or not bound to it is better, but somehow it actually makes it all worse.

when it was mentioned how he didn't speak a word or make any sound i figured it was the scream memory, but wasn't sure what it would be for.

so....he wants to be free, or does he want to be fateless? freedom from being a slave could mean requesting the shadow bond to be one of equals with no control...but still bonded (leaving visibility to each other's stats) but removing the absolute control wouldn't being fateless remove him from the nightmare spell, since the spell was made from the strings of fate?

story time too, we are at 300+ chapters of third nightmare

maybe she isn't remembering, but instead reading through the books like a story. so she can record the events of each timeline and read them later, but also has no memories of them.

someone's comment about the first seeker not being the end made me consider. over 20% of the book so far has been in the 3rd nightmare. we are sitting at over 300 chapters worth.

if it was the real tomb, I think it would be iffy, but since it's just a nightmare, I assume baby will go along with? or she can put the baby in her locket

to be fair, it was never going to get past sunny admitting to himself he loved neph. as he said, she had no time, mind or intention to distract herself with romance. and as sinny said- can sunny go into a relationship with someone who has absolute control over him? that doubt would be there no matter what, and instances like this will make it 10x worse.
