The U.A. Sports Festival!

The day of the Sports Festival was finally upon Class 1-A! Leonidus sprung up out of bed and quickly got ready for school. He quickly made his way into the living room with a bright smile on his face.

"You guys gonna watch the Sports Festival?" Alyx asked his parents.

"The...? Holy hell I almost forgot! Of course we are! As a matter of fact, I managed to snag some front row tickets for all of us." Darren grinned.

"Woah, really!? That's awesome! I can't wait to see you guys there!" Leonidus beamed.

Alyx grabbed his bag and waved goodbye to his parents. As he flew towards the U.A.'s Sports Festival Stadium, he pulled his phone out to look at a note he left himself.

"𝘚𝘰... 𝘔𝘳. 𝘈𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘸𝘢 𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴? 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦'𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵? 𝘐'𝘮 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘴𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘪𝘦𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘢𝘬𝘦!" Leonidus thought to himself.

Within several minutes, he arrived at the stadium, hundreds of people were outside while thousands more were in the stadium. Alyx made his way through the crowd of people towards the Class 1-A waiting room. As he entered the room, he noticed the various P.E. Uniforms that were hung up with their corresponding seat numbers above them. Leonidus grabbed his and went into the changing room nearby.

"𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨'𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵, 𝘐'𝘮 𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘢 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘉𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘋𝘦𝘬𝘶 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘢𝘬𝘶𝘨𝘰 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘢 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘛𝘰𝘬𝘰𝘺𝘢𝘮𝘪, 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰, 𝘒𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘢, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘢𝘵𝘰. 𝘈𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩, 𝘐 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. 𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘘𝘶𝘪𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘴." Alyx thought.

"Ah! Greetings, Alyx! It's a pleasure to see that you're here early." Iida greeted.

Alyx turned around and saw Iida had entered the room, "Oh, heya Iida! I didn't think anyone else would be here this early."

"I figured it'd be best to arrive as early as possible! Besides, I'd assume the Festival would be starting here soon anyway." Iida replied.

"Gotcha, off topic question, but how fast can you go by chance?" Alyx nodded.

Soon, the rest of Class 1-A arrived, all of which were anticipating the start of the event. As some of them conversed, Iida reentered the room with news.

"Everyone! We shall be entering the arena shortly!" He informed them.

"Great! Thanks, Iida!" Mina responded.

Shoto stood up from his seat which caught everyone's attention. He made his way over towards Izuku.

"Hey, Midoriya, listen up. I'm stronger than you, but there's one advantage you have over me, you've got All Might in your corner. You are my target, my only target, I'm going to be winning this Festival. I'm not here to make friends." Todoroki declared.

Shoto felt a hand get placed on his shoulder, "Hey, Shoto, what's with all the hostility?"

Todoroki turned around and saw Alyx standing behind him. Kirishima stood up from his seat as well.

"Yeah man, chillax, there's no reason to be all angry right now." Eijiro added.

Shoto pushed past Leonidus without saying a word. The First -Year students made their way to the Freshmen Stage of the Festival Stadium. Thousands of people cheered as the event began.

"Greetings everyone! Before we begin, I'd like to ask our Freshman Representative. Katsuki Bakugo, to lead the U.A. Pledge!" Midnight announced.

Katsuki walked up the stage and towards the microphone. He stood silently as the crowd quieted down.

"I'm kicking everyone's ass in here, and I'm gonna win." He smirked.

Everyone began to boo as Midoriya and Alyx stood there with shocked expressions.

"𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘶𝘱𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨!" Alyx thought.

As the students calmed down from Katsuki's "pledge", Midnight took the mic once again.

"Alright everyone! Now that we're all riled up, here's the first event of the day! It's a 4 kilometer race around the stadium. This will be the preliminary stage, a certain number of students will pass to go onto the next event." Midnight informed.

A set of huge gates opened up to the left of the students. Midnight grinned at the students as she posed.

"Get it going!" Midnight shouted.

A horn went off, Alyx shot into Gear Two and took off into the air, he darted out of the gate towards the outside. Darren watched on the large screen in front of him as it tracked Alyx.

"Hmph... I guess I shouldn't be surprised that our son would be taking first place." Darren smiled.

"W-Wait, who's that?!" Marie pointed out.

Taking a closer look, they noticed that someone had hitched a ride onto Alyx's leg, and was holding on for dear life. Alyx looked behind him and saw Yaoyorozu trying to pull herself up onto him.

"Please don't throw me off!" Momo yelled.

Alyx reached his hand out to her, "Why would I? Grab on!"

Momo took his hand and Alyx wrapped his arms around her. Suddenly, huge villain bots revealed themselves to the two.

"A-Alyx! What are we gonna do?" Yaoyorozu questioned.

"You ever dug a hole in a sandbox before? Like a big one?" Leonidus replied.

"Yes? But what does that have to do with this?" She replied.

Alyx gave her a grin, "We're gonna put a hole right through that thing!"

"W-Wait, what?!" Momo exclaimed.

"Hang on!" Alyx told her.

Alyx charged towards the giant robot in the middle, a barrier of Overdrive surrounded the two of them and they charged straight through the body of the robot. Yaoyorozu watched as the robot crumbled behind them as they flew further into the course.

"Woah, that was thrilling!" Momo smiled.

"Yeah! This isn't my first rodeo with giant robots!" Alyx responded.

The two continued to zoom across the course with ease. Leonidus looked down at his watch and showed it to Yaoyorozu.

"Look at that! We're almost back at the stadium and it's been 2 minutes!" Alyx laughed.

"Incredible... You're traveling faster than Iida!" Momo remarked.

Soon, the two flew past the minefield and to the entrance of the stadium. The cheers grew ever so closer as they zoomed through the corridor. The two landed on the ground as the crowd roared with delight.

"That... That was... Fun!" Momo giggled.

"Flying is pretty fun honestly, hey, if you ever do wanna fly around the city you do have my number. It's something I do on my spare time not only to just pass time but to improve my mobility in the air. I'd love to have the company!" Alyx offered.

"O-Oh, you wouldn't mind me coming along with you?" Yaoyorozu replied.

Alyx nodded his head at her, "Of course not! Like I said, I don't mind the company."

"Well then, I'd love too." Momo softly smiled.

The two stood there and waited as the others slowly trickled into the stadium. Soon, all of the students arrived at the stadium, but only 42 were allowed to move on to the second stage of the festival. The remaining 42 students stood in front of the main stage as Midnight stood next to a screen.

"Before we begin, I'd like to clear an issue we've ran into up with you all. It may seem as if two students have finished together out of love! Isn't that just wonderful!" Midnight beamed.

Alyx and Yaoyorozu's faces both lit up bright red. Darren looked down towards his son as he saw him look to the ground.

"Good grief..." Darren muttered.

"But anyways! As you can see on the screen behind me, Alyx Leonidus was the first to enter the stadium!" Midnight continued.

The screen displayed Alyx with one hand outstretched in front of him. The crowd cheered for Alyx and his eyes lit up with joy.

"I didn't think that would've counted!" Alyx remarked.

"With that being said, we're moving onto our next event, the Calvary Battle! On the screen behind me is the placements of the 42 students that finished the race. Each of which have a point value, they'll be tasked with forming teams of two or four people in order to earn their points by stealing other participant's headbands, they'll have 15 minutes to amass as much points as possible. Each headband's worth goes up by 5, with the exception of 1st Place, that headband is worth..." Midnight announced.

She looked down towards Leonidus with a smirk, "𝘛𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘴."

Alyx felt everyone's eyes on him, he stood firmly, not caving into the pressure. Midnight allowed the students to converge into their teams, everyone quickly moved away from Leonidus.

"I guess I should've expected this..." Alyx muttered.

"Heya! Alyx!" Someone shouted to him.

Leonidus looked over and grinned as he saw Pony Tsunotori waving at him. He walked over to her and she got into a horse-like stance.

"Hop on! I noticed that everyone else is avoiding you, but I wanna take that challenge!" Pony told him.

Alyx blinked a few times as he looked at her, "You... Want me to ride you like a horse?"

"Yeah! I'm strong enough to hold you up! Trust me, I'm pretty quick, so don't worry about me being slow." Pony reassured him.

"A-Alright!" Alyx nodded.

Leonidus hopped onto Pony's back and tied the headband on his head. He looked around at the other formed teams that were staring at him.

"Okay, what's the plan?" Pony asked.

"Everyone is going to be after me, if we run straight towards the middle, I think we can lure them and make all of them run into each other. I'll jump into the air and land back onto you before they reach me. 𝘐𝘧 everything goes according to plan that is." Leonidus informed her.

"Gotcha!" She responded.

As the Calvary Battle started, Pony and Alyx took off towards the middle of the arena. Alyx's theory was correct, some of the other teams charged towards the two as they ran. Alyx activated Gear Two and jumped into the air to avoid the other students, Pony slid underneath Shoji in the process. Alyx looked back behind him with a smile as he floated through the air.

"𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘥! 𝘈𝘸𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦!" Leonidus thought.

"OH NO YOU FUCKIN' DON'T!" Bakugo screamed.

Alyx's eyes widened as he saw not only Bakugo, but multiple people coming towards him! It was as if time slowed down as he was being circled by people.

"𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘱, 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘱, 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘱! 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘥𝘰? 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮?!" Alyx urgently thought.

Suddenly, Leonidus dodged Bakugo's hands and the other students with ease! It surprised everyone in the air and on the ground as he appeared on the other side of them. Alyx shook his head quickly, regaining his senses, he landed back down onto Pony who slid across the ground. She positioned herself to face the other teams in front of her.

"Woah, how'd you do that?" Pony questioned.

"I dunno, my body felt all tingly and I just blacked out there for a moment! I'm glad I-" Alyx told her.

He felt a tug on his headband and it was pulled off of him, he looked up and saw purple balls attached to his headband. He saw his headband fly into a makeshift barrier made by Shoji.

"Haha! I got it, I got it!" Mineta cackled.

"Damn it! Come on, Pony, let's go!" Alyx shouted.

Pony nodded and charged towards Shoji, but someone else cut in front of them, he looked back and smirked at Alyx.

"Uh oh, did Class A's Golden Boy lose his little headband?" He questioned.

"M-Monoma! Please move!" Pony pleaded.

Monoma faced forward, "As if, for all I care, you're the one in my way."

Leonidus threw and Overdrive Whip around Monoma's headband then stole it from him. He looked down at it as he placed a forcefield around him.

"305 points! If we can at least get another headband or two, we'll move on!" Alyx noted.

He put the forcefield down and they quickly ran away from Monoma's team. He scouted the area around him as he tied the headband around his wrist. Alyx pointed over towards Jiro's team, Pony hoofed it towards them, he activated his Overdrive and put his hand on Pony's shoulder.

"Hey! Incoming!" Sato warned Jiro.

Pony ran towards the group, Jiro shot her earphone jacks out towards her, Pony slid across the pavement as she dodged Jiro's attacks. Kyoka slammed one of her earphone jacks into the ground, causing Pony to be off balance, but as they hit the ground the two turned to violet blue dust.

"What the-" Jiro mumbled.

Leonidus snatch her headband as they flew behind them. Pony landed back down on the ground, Alyx looked over at Jiro with a sincere face.

"Please forgive me, Jiro!" He yelled to her.

"Why are you still so apologetic during battle...?" Jiro sighed.

As people charged over towards Alyx and Pony, he put up a forcefield once more to put some distance between them.

"Alright, so what now? Are we gonna take back the ten million?" Pony wondered.

"It'll be too risky, we've got enough points to head into the next round, but we can try and pick off the smaller point teams." Alyx recommended.

Darren, Marie, Annie and Liz all watched as Alyx continued on through the Calvary Battle. His Father was still trying to wrap his head around what happened at the start of the bout.

"There's no way..." He muttered.

"Hm? Is something wrong, hun?" Marie asked.

Darren looked up at the screen, "What he did earlier, that wasn't... Infinite Mode... Was it?"

"Infinite Mode? Dad, what are you talking about?" Annie questioned.

"It's something my Father told me about when I was younger. It's a state of complete mind, body, and soul, you have full awareness of your surroundings. Think of it as if you're body is water, it takes form to whatever it's in, that's what Infinite Mode is in a nutshell. It allows the person to dodge attacks that most, if not anyone, could avoid. Not to mention the level of power it unlocks!" Darren explained.

Liz looked up at Darren, "Do you get big arms from it? That'd be super funny to see Aly with big arms!"

"You've got quite the imagination, Lizzie. No, he won't grow giant arms from it, at least I hope not!" Marie giggled.

"But that could be very well what happened here, it might be a hunch though..." Darren continued.

Back on the field, there were only a couple minutes left of the semi-finals, Pony and Alyx had earned a total of 985 points. Pony took labored breaths in as she slid backwards away from Yui Kodai's team.

"Are you alright?" Leonidus asked.

"Y-Yeah... Just starting... To get a... Bit heated..." Tsunotori panted.

"Hang in there, we've only got a tiny bit left before we're done!" Alyx encouraged her.

"One minute remaining!" Midnight announced.

Everyone turned their attention to Izuku, who had managed to get ahold of the ten million point headband, the teams all made their way towards him. Pony jumped into the air, assisted by Leonidus, right as Shoto froze the ground behind him. Bakugo charged forward towards Izuku but missed him, landing back down on his teammates. Pony landed back down on the ground but dust and debris flew out in front of them as Iida activated his Recipro Burst, charging towards and taking the ten million headband at the last second. A horn sounded off, signalling the end of the Calvary Battle.

Alyx hopped off of Pony and she fell to the ground, "W-We... We did it!"

"Yeah! You did amazing, Pony, thank you so much!" Alyx smiled.

Alyx helped Pony up to her feet, he took off his gym top and slung it over his shoulder. Yaoyorozu came up to him as they were dismissed for lunch.

"Hey! I apologize for not teaming up with you. It's just that I wasn't wanting the attention right off the gate." Momo apologized.

"No need to apologize, I just now know that if something that would distinguish me as a 'higher target' came upon me, I can rely on none of you to even remotely help me." Alyx deadpanned.

Momo looked ashamed after his statement, "O-Oh... I... I didn't mean to-"

"I'm just joking with you! It was all just competition, that's all, so I understand why you didn't want to team with me. You don't have to apologize to me." Alyx giggled.

Yaoyorozu lightly punched his arm, "You had me worried you were upset again!"

Alyx slightly widened his eyes as he saw her puff her cheeks out and look to the side. A mannerism familiar to him thanks to Laura, he softly smiled and shook his head.

"You know, you remind me a lot of her." Alyx muttered.

"What?" Momo replied.

"O-Oh, I just uh... You remind me a lot of my sister! Yeah!" Alyx nervously laughed.

"I remind you of your sister, Fourth Gear? That's kind of you to say!" Momo thanked him.

"Y-Yeah, no problem." Alyx replied.

The two walked through the stadium towards the built in cafeteria. Alyx felt his phone vibrate, he looked at his phone and noticed that a random number called him twice alongside leaving a message.

"'Answer your phone, clown'? Who in the hell..." Alyx read aloud.

"What's wrong?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"I guess someone's trying to get in touch with me. I'm not sure who though, but hopefully it's someone friendly." Alyx responded.

Momo rested her head on her palm, "I hope so, you've gone through enough as it is. Anyhow, if you don't mind me switching topics, I'd like to thank you for assisting me during the race. Still, I apologize for earlier, I should've done the same during the Calvary Battle."

"A favor never demands a favor in return, that's what I think at least, I don't expect anything in return simply because I feel as if it's rude to expect someone to give something to you after you gift them something." Leonidus told her.

"Wow... That's... That's sweet of you, Alyx. At least you aren't someone like Bakugo!" Momo replied.

"Eh, it just takes a while to warm up to him, he doesn't mean any harm." Alyx smiled.

Momo swirled her drink around as she looked at it, "Hey, um... I have a rather abnormal question, your parents are aware of me, correct?"

"You make it sound like it's a bad thing! Well, my Mother obviously does since you've talked to her already. Why? Whatcha need to know?" Leonidus asked.

"It's... Well... It feels rather risque of me to ask, but would you be accepting of me staying over at your house once this is over?" Momo questioned.

"Of course! I had my friends over all the time back in America, I don't think my parents will care honestly. Oh! There's all sorts of stuff I can plan!" Alyx beamed.

"Wait, that isn't like a taboo idea?" She responded.

Leonidus rambled on and on, Momo sat there and listened to him, although not understanding him at times due to his extremely quick talking. Soon, the students returned to the arena, where after some students dropped out of the tournament, the event finally began!

"Now, everyone, this will be the First Round of the One on One tournament!" Midnight announced.

She pointed up at the screen which highlighted the match ups for the tournament. The match ups were:

Izuku Midoriya Vs. Hitoshi Shinso

Shoto Todoroki Vs. Hanta Sero

Denki Kaminari Vs. Fumikage Tokoyami

Tenya Iida Vs. Mei Hatsume

Pony Tsunotori Vs. Mina Ashido

Alyx Leonidus Vs. Momo Yaoyorozu

Eijiro Kirishima Vs. Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu

Ochako Uraraka Vs. Katsuki Bakugo

"We've substituted a couple students in that placed 5th and 6th, being that a team of two had finished in the top 4. The only way to win a match is to either knock your opponent out, render them unable to move, get them to forfeit or make them step out of bounds!" Midnight continued.

"Huh, this is kinda like this Martial Arts Tournament from a manga I've read." Alyx mumbled.

The students were then sent up to the rafters as the first match between Izuku and Shinso was underway. Leonidus sat down next to Ojiro and Yaoyorozu as he looked down at the empty arena.

"Luckily I didn't go up against Bakugo first..." Tokoyami muttered.

Alyx heard Tokoyami's mutterings but didn't say anything to him. Ojiro looked over at Leonidus as he sat back in his chair.

"So, you two are going up against each other? I haven't gotten the proper chance to see you both fight." Ojiro remarked.

"Yeah, I'm gonna take it easy for now, I don't see a need to use my Quirk as of yet. Aren't you skilled in martial arts as well, Ojiro?" Leonidus answered.

"That I am, what about you?" Ojiro confirmed.

Alyx nodded and brightly smiled at him, "Yep! I'm a black belt in Karate, Judo, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu, and Krav Maga! I've been studying martial arts for as long as I can remember! Although, I do know when and when not to go all out with it."

Yaoyorozu slowly turned away from Alyx while she had a blank, tired look on her face.

"𝘈𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘕𝘖𝘛 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘮𝘦..." Momo thought.

[30 Minutes Later...]

Leonidus sat in the waiting room as his and Yaoyorozu's match ups were next. He reflected on the previous matches.

"𝘐𝘧 𝘐 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘔𝘰𝘮𝘰, 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘛𝘰𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘪, 𝘛𝘰𝘬𝘰𝘺𝘢𝘮𝘪, 𝘉𝘢𝘬𝘶𝘨𝘰, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘒𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘮𝘢 𝘰𝘳 𝘛𝘦𝘵𝘴𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘵𝘴𝘶. He leaned forward clasped his hands together, "𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯, 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐'𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘰 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴, 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘴𝘩𝘦'𝘴 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘧𝘧 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴. The waiting room door slid open, Cementoss stood in the doorway, he nodded at Alyx.

"Alright, you may enter the arena now, Alyx." He informed him.

"Gotcha! Thank you!" Leonidus nodded.

Alyx got up as Cementoss left the doorway. He exited the room and made his long walk down a corridor.

"𝘈𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵... 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘵! 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦... 𝘛𝘰 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧, 𝘈𝘭𝘺𝘹 𝘓𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘥𝘶𝘴!" Alyx thought.

He stepped out into the light and the loud cheers of thousands of people in attendance. He looked to his left to see his family cheering him on. Alyx gave them a smile before walking up the arena steps to meet Yaoyorozu. A horn sounded, signalling the start of the battle, Leonidus quickly stood in his fighting pose. He locked eyes with Momo and didn't take them off of her. Momo created a staff and held it firmly at her side. Alyx charged towards Yaoyorozu without activating his Quirk.

"𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘢 𝘥𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵... 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴..." She thought to herself.

Momo ducked a right hook from Leonidus, slamming her staff into his stomach.

"...𝘈 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘬!" She continued.

She looked up and saw Alyx smiling at her. He pulled the staff and elbowed her in the chin. Momo grit her teeth and blocked one of Alyx's kick with her staff. She pushed off Leonidus then created a smoke bomb, she immediately threw it down onto the ground, creating a large cloud of smoke around Alyx. Yaoyorozu threw bolas at Leonidus, they flew through the smoke towards him, but Leonidus dodged them with ease. Suddenly, a much larger bola wrapped around him, tying him up completely. The smoke cleared, revealing that Momo had seemingly captured Leonidus fair and square.

"Is that all, Leonidus?" Midnight called out.

"Hmph... I'm just getting started!" Alyx smirked.

His hair shot upwards as he closed his eyes. A Violet-Blue aura ignited around him as the bola completely shattered into little pieces.

"T-That... That was made out of steel!" Momo noted.

"Was it? If so, I guess I'm stronger than steel! Heads up, cause here I come!" Alyx grinned.

Yaoyorozu instinctively made a shield as Alyx darted towards her. He pelted it with rapid-fire strikes, Momo looked as he heavily dented the shield she held. Momo knocked Alyx backwards which surprised him. She grabbed her staff and slammed it into him as hard as she could. He bounced off the ground, Momo looked up with a smile on her face.

"𝘏𝘰𝘭𝘺... 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬!" She excitedly thought.

"I don't think so!" Alyx yelled.

She her eyes widened as she then looked behind her to see Alyx, she didn't hit him, but an afterimage instead! He kicked her shield, sending her stumbling backwards out of bounds. A horn sounded once more, Momo looked down and noticed that she was out of the arena. Leonidus saw a rather defeated look on her face.

"Looks like Alyx Leonidus is moving on to the next round! What a fast yet intense match!" Present Mic commented.

Alyx held his hand out to her, "Hey, you did awesome. You kept me on my toes that whole time! Not a whole lot of people can do that, Momo! You definitely gotten the attention of a bunch of Pros."

"Thank you, Alyx." Momo warmly smiled.

She took his hand and Alyx helped her up. The crowd cheered as the two walked off the stage.

"Honestly, being that you're coming over tonight, I can help you out with your offense! I guess think of it as a personal training session." Leonidus offered.

"Seriously? I'd love that! Anything I can do to improve, I'll do it!" Momo agreed.

Yo! This is Alyx Leonidus! Looks like I'm up against Tokoyami next, this is gonna be one heck of a battle! How am I gonna get past his Dark Shadow I wonder? Woah! His Quirk's got some range to it, I better not let him get carried away! I guess I'm gonna have to pull out all the stops against him! Gear One might not cut it!
