Mr. Aizawa! A Test on the First Day?!

"What exactly is your Quirk, Leonidus-san?" Izuku asked.

Woah, someone's interested in my Quirk? I didn't think that would happen.

"Oh, it's... Uh... it's called 'Overdrive'! If I remember right, it enhances my strength and speed by a lot! Also my basic senses as well, It's actually kind of nifty!" I explained.

In the span of me talking to him, he somehow pulled out a notebook and wrote everything I said down. This kid really is odd but he's really nice. I like him a lot, I think we'll be great friends! We got to the classroom and everyone was already sitting down. That one blonde kid was sitting in the corner with his feet on the desk, some other guy was yelling at him, it was a rather interesting first impression. The blonde kid looked over at Izuku and leered at him.

"Oh great, the damn nerd has arrived." He muttered.

Geez, that kid must not like Izuku, maybe they hate each other? He didn't say anything, he just stood there. I guess I should just mind my own business. I sat down next to this girl and some guy with a scar around his left eye. I didn't say anything, I wasn't really comfortable yet. We waited for the teacher, maybe it would be All Might? He did say that he would "see me soon" after my Dad told him I was recommended to U.A.

The girl I was sitting next to started to introduced herself to me, "Hello! I'm..."

I looked at her and she stopped talking. She looked as if she was in a trance, I blinked a few times and I waved my hand in front of her face. She immediately snapped out of her trance and seemed absolutely excited. Her eyes sparkled as she smiled intensely at me.

"Oh my goodness! It's you! I can't believe that you actually landed in the same class as me this is absolutely incredible you remember who I am correct I'd imagine you would since we met not that long ago!" She quickly continued.

Momo grabbed my hands, "This is super astounding!"

She wouldn't let go of my hands as she continued to smile brightly at me.

"Uh... Y-Yaoyorozu-san..." I chuckled.

Before I could say something, the teacher walked in, and it was totally who I wasn't expecting. Everyone looked shocked and confused.

"Everyone sit down and be quiet. I'm your teacher, Mr. Aizawa." He introduced himself.

The guy looked miserable, almost as if he hasn't slept in weeks!

"Let me take roll to see if everyone is here. When I call your name, raise your hand and keep it raised." He told us.

"Yuga Aoyama, Mina Ashido, Tsuyu Asui, Tenya Iida, Ochaco Uraraka, Mashirao Ojiro, Denki Kaminari, Ejiro Kirishima, Koji Koda, Rikido Sato, Mezo Shoji, Kyoka Jiro, Hanta Sero, Alyx Leonidus, Fumikage Tokoyami, Shoto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugo, Toru Hagakure, Izuku Midoriya, Minoru Mineta, and Momo Yaoyorozu." He called out.

Mr. Aizawa looked up from his sheet, "Huh, 21 kids this year? That's rather surprising to me. I would've figured they would've canned one of you to make it even, either way, I'll whip all of you into shape."

Gosh, as intense as he was, I could tell his strictness was meant to improve us. I didn't take my eyes off of him though, just in case he were to yell at me for doing so.

"Alright everyone, get ready for a test." Mr. Aizawa told us.

"A TEST!?" We all shouted.

A test on the first day already?! This is crazy! I thought that the first day of school was supposed to be easy!

"During this test, your Quirk's power will be tested. If any of you don't succeed at this, you'll be removed from the course." He explained.

Removed from this course?! This guy's insane! It's the first day and he's already going to remove some of us from the course?! What the hell! I could tell that some of us were dreading the test, just by the look on some of their faces.

[10 Minutes Later...]

We put on these uniforms, which were honestly quite comfortable. They kind of looked like the U.A. logo. We all were led outside; the first test was a 50 meter dash. This should be a cinch for me! Mr. Aizawa went down the list and got to me. I stood behind the line with my Quirk activated. I heard a beep and took off, in a matter of moments, I was on the other side of the field! Mr. Aizawa looked down at a timer.

"2.13 seconds." He announced.

[5 Minutes Later...]

Our next test was Grip Strength! We were all given these devices that gauged how much force our grip outputs! I took a deep breath in and tightened my fist around the device as hard as I could. It flashed red for a couple of seconds, then stayed red. I looked down at it.

"308.53kg? Geez, I've got a decent grip!" I noted.

"D-DECENT?! Y-You... Was that your Quirk!?" Denki shouted.

"Oh, yeah! That was! Trust me, I surprised myself as well!" I laughed

[5 Minutes Later...]

The next test was a standing long jump, a lot of these tests were really easy! I easily jumped over the sandbox with my Quirk. After the test, I could tell Izuku was looking a bit down and worried. I met back up with him to check on him.

"Hey, is everything alright?" I wondered.

"I... I'm fine. These tests are just a little hard, that's all." Izuku gloomily replied.

I nodded and grinned, "Well, keep it up! You're doing great so far."

He smiled at me and looked forward and kept walking. We did another test where we had to repeat side steps. That test was also pretty easy for me. I'm rocking these test! The last major test we had was a ball throw.

"Any volunteers? If not, I'll go down the list." Mr. Aizawa asked.

I slowly raised my hand and Mr. Aizawa looked at me.

"Ah, Mr. Leonidus, thank you for volunteering. Let's see what you can do." He told me.

Mr. Aizawa gave me the ball; everyone was looking at me.

"𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦, 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧." I thought to myself.

I took deep breaths in and out as I held the ball to my face. This test should be easy enough, right? Just throw it as hard as I possibly can!

"Everything alright, Leonidus?" Mr. Aizawa questioned.

"Yeah...I just need to think." I replied.

That Bakugo kid yelled at me, "Come on! I don't got all damn day!"

I looked over at him, and he glared back at me. Geez, talk about intimidating! I quickly looked forward, and focused on channeling my Quirk.

"𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦: 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘥𝘦!" I thought to myself.

That same feeling and aura appeared around my legs and arms, I threw the ball as hard as I could. Dust and smoke surrounded me once I threw the ball. Mr. Aizawa looked at a device.

"905 meters." Mr. Aizawa informed me.

I looked back at Izuku and smiled. I actually did it! I'm pretty sure I passed!

"Nice job, man!" Kirishima exclaimed.

I nodded and I looked over at Yaoyorozu, she smiled back at me before giving me a thumbs up. I deactivated my Quirk then smiled at her as well before seeing Bakugo stomp over towards me.

Bakugo pushed me aside, "Let me show you losers how it's really done!"

He took the ball from Aizawa and immediately threw it. He must have an Explosion Quirk of some kind because a loud boom came from his hands when he threw the ball. I could feel the heat all the way from where I was standing!

"705.2 meters." Mr. Aizawa announced.

Bakugo had stood there, I could tell he was fuming! So much for showing us "losers" how it's done. We went through the list, and everyone had pretty impressive scores, especially Uraraka. She somehow got infinity using her Quirk! Izuku's Quirk was insane! He somehow made a strong gust of wind blow out just from one finger! Everyone else did pretty well too! Honestly, I'm sure that we all would get through this.

[20 Minutes Later...]

We returned to class, I could tell Izuku was nervous about his results. He didn't do too well on some of the tests. Mr. Aizawa stood in front of the class and we all waited patiently to hear our results.

"Alright, you all pass." Mr. Aizawa announced.

All of us were shocked but extremely relieved. I could feel the tension in the room disappear. I had a gut feeling that we all would pass!

"Wait, but some of us had garbage scores!" I heard Mineta remark.

"I know, I just wanted you to feel pressured to do your best, that's all. It was a logical ruse." Mr. Aizawa responded back with a smirk on his face.

Are you kidding me? First, he says he gonna fail some of us, then he doesn't! I guess I can't really say much since I'm not a teacher, but still, what the hell!

[Several Hours Later...]

We were dismissed to lunch, and I gotta say, finding a place to sit was really difficult. I kinda felt a little embarrassed about this whole Amnesia stuff, I was afraid that someone would look at me weird if I didn't know where I lived before coming here.

"Hey! Leonidus-kun! Over here!" I heard a girl call out.

I turned around and saw Uraraka waving to me. I walked over to her and sat down next to her.

"So, Leonidus-kun, how long have you been in Japan?" Uraraka asked.

"For about... Almost a month now. I moved here from America with my family because I was recommended." I replied.

"What? You were recommended here? No way, that's awesome! You must've really caught someone's attention here since you lived all the way in the U.S." Uraraka marveled.

"Y-Yeah, I guess so! I honestly wonder who did recommend me though." I laughed.

Is being recommended some sort of impressive feat or something? I just thought it meant you had a guaranteed spot here and nothing more.

"How does that Quirk of yours work? I like the color of it, it's super pretty!" She bubbled.

"My Overdrive Quirk?" I asked.

She nodded her head and waited for me to give her an explanation. Oh geez... This is exactly what I didn't want to happen! How would I even tell her without it making it seem as if I lost my memory?

"W-Well... It basically works like a power up kind of thing! It kind of feels tingly on my arms and legs though, it enhances my strength, speed, and basic senses!" I explained.

"Woah, that sounds really cool!" She smiled.

Wow, Uraraka is really nice! Actually... Super duper duper nice! I'm already starting to like her a lot. We sat there and talked for the entire lunch period, I learned a lot about her and her Quirk. I could tell that we'd be awesome friends! Hopefully, I could keep this Amnesia thing a secret, unless I have no choice but to tell people. I'm not exactly a great liar.
