Chapter 2 - knowledge of tetra

It had already been six months since Lucifer's mother had been discharged from the hospital,

He found out that his home was a two-story building with four bedrooms, two washrooms with a bathtub in each, a small library room filled with books, and a large kitchen with tiles flooring the entire house,

During these grueling six months, Lucifer had gained quite some knowledge about his surroundings

Right now he was in his home on his cradle trying to summarize all that he had found out after making many adventures to the library room getting caught, and being brought back to his room

"Okay if my memory serves me right I am in a world called tetra it is a world where through a thing called science many things have been built, but that is not the only thing about this world there exists energy called mana, and spectrum each with there own function"

Lucifer mumbled to himself and continued,

" mana is a type of energy which you can absorb and use to produce magic how efficiently and how much you can use the mana is divided into twelve stages, the same goes for spectrum or simply spiritual energy the only difference is the spiritual energy doesn't leave your body until a certain stage

and the body absorbs it to become more powerful just like magic how much spiritual energy you have absorbed is defined by fourteen realms"

The mana absorption stages were

1. Novice mage

2. Apprentice mage

3. Warrior mage

4. Intermediate mage

5. Advanced mage

6. Superior mage

7. Supreme mage

8. Majesty mage

9. Supreme magus

10. Grand magus

11. Divine magus

12. Sovereign magus

13. Nine heavens magus

14. Peak magus

The spectrum absorption realms are

1. Martial novice

2. Martial apprentice

3. Martial warrior

4. Martial commander

5. Martial king

6. Martial nexus

7. Martial monarch

8. Martial sage

9. Martial divinity

10. Martial demigod

11. Martial God

12. Martial sovereign

And all stages and realms are divided into three stages normal, medium, and peak

After mumbling to himself he continued his trail of thoughts,

"Now for geography, if am not wrong there are seven continents each being forty million square kilometers, (for reference each continent is nearly as big as Asia on earth)

The continents are Chronic, Philadelphia, Aurora, Dokta, Zenith, Mandela, and Rio.

I am currently in the continent of Rio in a small country called Morgan, in the city of krito that is not all many creatures know as tyrannical beasts roam the world of tetra they are also divided by ranks."

*sigh* Lucifer sighed to himself and thought,

"Just what kinda cheesy novel did I wound up in and if that weren't enough humans and beasts aren't the only species in this world there are many more so humans are not on the top of the food chain anymore "

While Lucifer was muttering to himself his mother Ella brought him some milk to drink,

And Lucifer was enjoying drinking it very much,

During these six months, Lucifer also found many things about his family his mother's name was Ella, his father's name was James, he also had a big sister whose name was Alice and a big brother whose name was rex

"What should I do now, heck what is a person supposed to do when he is reincarnated, well let's start by gaining magic because I don't think my body can handle the strain of spiritual energy right now"

Saying that to himself he started to focus on the surrounding particles in his previous life he learned a type of breathing technique called the demon breathing through which he could do many things similar to magic and martial arts

He closed his eyes and focused his breathing he breathed in from his nose held it in for fifteen seconds and released it through his mouth in nine segments

Soon black particles started forming in his surroundings the particles looked like tiny shards of purple glass, this was all happening while he was in a state of daze and inside of his mind where it seemed like he was surrounded by the universe itself and there were many stars

He started collecting the shards in a single place, in the book he had read it said that one needed to first form a mana core to be able to use magic.

He was collecting the shards for a long time when he suddenly felt a shivering pain and he clutched his chest and started screaming his mother rushed worried towards him and placed her hands on him, then a weight light came from her hand and it healed him,

"Don't worry baby I am here it will be all right"

His mother said in a worried tone,

"It seems like I can't practice mana absorption for more than two hours a day, what a pity oh well whatever I will do my best to be the strongest and be on top of the food chain so I can protect what's important to me"

He thought in a hoarse voice, Lucifer didn't know at this moment but he had started to acknowledge the fact that this was his family and started to love it.
