A New Look

"Hahahah I knew you were alive! There is no way you could've died! I can' t wait to rub it in everyone's faces when I go back!" the Wyvern said.

"Okay okay calm down Rika your scaring the villagers." Zen said.

"Hm? Zen where are we? I've never been here before. Let me bring you back everyone misses you." Rika said noticing that they were on a island.

"This. Is not the same world. We aren't in *****." Zen said.

"What? Don't be silly how can we not be in the same world?" Rika retorted

"Listen. When I defeated Kaguya I should've died but I didn't defying the gods will. Getting transported here is my punishment for defying death." Zen said bullshitting.

"S-So, you're serious?!" Rika said in surprise. Zen did joke around a lot but he wouldn't lie about a matter like this.

"En. This worlds is compromised of many small and large islands from what I've gathered. Until I get a ship I need transportation and I called you to help me." Zen explained.

"Okay I can do it but what should I tell the others and what about her?"

"Just tell the others that i'll be in closed door recovery and won't be back for 10-15 years. As for her, tell her..."

"HAHAHAHA you who's always been serious about training actually wants me to tell her that? I can't wait to see her reaction!" Rika said hysterically

Seeing Rika laugh so hard, Zen could only smile awkwardly while waiting for her to finish.

When she was finally done laughing Zen got on Rika's head and flew away from the island.

"Finally he's gone! I've never seen such a big bird in my life! I thought we were going to die!" One villager said.

"You know you had a huge funeral?" RIka said mockingly.

"Did I? How flattering that they considered me dead. It seems dead people really are worthless." Zen said while shaking his head. According to the system, he's been unconscious for two weeks before arriving to this world. Due to his achievements, he didn't expect the ninja world to consider him dead after a mere two weeks.

"Ah shit." Zen said out loud.

"What is it?" Rika questioned.

"Nothing, nothing I was just thinking of something.

"Oh okay."

"System, how do I earn money?" Zen said in his mind.

System: All the Ryo you have had in the Narutoverse has been exchanged for a total of 1.8 billion Belly by the system.

[Belly was what it said in wiki for currency. I thought it was Beli or Berry but whatever]

"Ahh okay good I was worried I would have to make money and turn into a bounty hunter or something hehe."

System: New quest triggered! Capture Buggy the pirate and turn him into the navy to collect his bounty! Reward: 15 million berry and 10,000 points. Time limit: 3 days. Failure to capture buggy will be - 15 million berry and - 10,000 points.

"Huh? But wouldn't that make me a bounty hunter?"

System: Host has not got a bounty right now thus bounty hunting is completely fine.

"Where is buggy? Do you know roughly which direction he's in? How can I capture him in a measly three days when I don't even know where I am?" Zen said a bit annoyed. Even he didn't know how big this sea could be and buggy could be literally anywhere!

System: The system has detected Buggy in this island. Since this is the first side quest you have received, it has not been made to be to hard.

"Oh that makes sense." Zen said happily. Who wouldn't be happy to make such easy money?

Nearing towards the town Zen dismissed Rika and gave her his mask as proof of still being alive. Rika dropped him off 100 meters away from the island so he started to run on the water to a isolated area. He immediately caught others attention when arriving at the town. Some were looking at him with awe while others were looking at him with suspicion. Of course this was because of his Akatsuki robe which was unusual among this world. Even with all the odd dressers from street performers to comedy acts, no one would wear such a strange outfit.

"Hm... Now that I remember, wearing a uniform while he was a pirate was to formal for me. I can just make my flags ship an have the Akatsuki logo or something.

"It seems I have to actually change my overall appearance and keep nothing from the naruto verse."

Finding a clothes shop that looked some what luxurious, many of its employees kept a close eye on him making sure he wouldn't steal anything. His robe completely overshadowed his almost godly looks.

"M-may I help you?" said a timid girl approaching Zen.

"I just want some casual wear. Could you help pick something out for me?" Zen asked.

"O-Okay. Then please follow me." the girl said leading Zen to the mens section.

Arriving at the men's side of the store, the girl quickly chose Zen a pair of pitch black shorts and a plain purple shirt. They frankly looked nice, certainly much better then what Zen was currently wearing.

After changing in the change room, Zen walked and immediately caught many woman's attention but this time not in suspicion but lust.

Standing in front of a mirror Zen examined himself.

His golden hair and blue eyes matched perfectly with his loose purple fitting t-shirt and black shorts that went just below his knees.

"En.. This looks nice i'll take it." Zen said to the once timid girl who was now blushing a deep red.

"O-okay please come with m-me." the girl said leading Zen to the counter.

Just as he was about to pay for the clothes, Zen noticed a pair of blue tinted sun glasses hanging on display on the side counter.

"This would be good to hide my dojutsu's." Zen thought.

"Hey give me these sun glasses also."

"Okay. Your total will be 7923 belly." said the cashier.

Zen didn't know if she was ripping him off or if it was the actual price but still paid the girl the correct amount and walked out of the store.

"Hmmm... I don't know what to do now. Maybe I'll going to a bar?"
