After breaking through to Spirit Core your physical strength multiples by 5 hence the large number.

now the purity of your bloodline. Dragons do not have bottle necks so all they need are time and resources but because of this they need way more than a normal cultivator hence why their growth seems slower. Since you don't need to constantly cultivate, you need to work on purifying your bloodline. The more purified the bloodline the faster the cultivation and the higher the cultivation the faster you purify your bloodline. So after breaking through to the Flood Dragon stage you'll practically fly through Spirit Core and Earth Core'
