3 That Cat can talk?

The atmosphere is awkward and I am so embarrassed that I want to bury myself in a hole.

I was sitting at the dining table for breakfast surprisingly it was still morning despite our indulging in our carnal desires for hours.

I also learned about the green-haired woman's name who proclaimed herself as my sugar mommy, Gaia was her name and apparently, she is also the Queen Mother of a kingdom and not just any kingdom but Zenith, while I didn't have my memories I still had a general knowledge of this world which was weird in its own sense but who I am to complain, instead, I will thank for being in this situation.

Though it wasn't the reason for my awkwardness the handsome guy sitting in front of me. He had green hair and red eyes and his facial structure was similar to Gaia but he had a fierce aura around him like a beast, he had an annoying smirk across his face and something about him was very familiar which I couldn't pinpoint but something inside me really wanted to beat this guy and twist his ears.

However, I was very confused because according to what Gaia told me this was her son Typhon also the current king of Zenith, which surprised me not the fact he was the king but the fact she had a son but she looked really young like a woman in her mid-twenties but considering she is some sort of Queen in Zenith it is not surprising.

After all, Zenith is one of the strongest countries on Earth and also the most mysterious, and their strength wasn't dependent upon their army but their royal family, which is said to be composed of gods while most of the world thinks of it as rumors but I who witnessed what Gaia did, would doubt these things are rumors, though I still don't believe they are gods but powerful Metahumans.

But let's go back to the reason for the awkward atmosphere here.

Any child would be annoyed or displeased when their parents remarry or get a new partner at least most of the time especially if their partner is the same age as them, at least if looks don't lie.

But even if we are not talking about the age, the king of Zenith was looking at me like he had banged my mother not the other way around.

Annoyed I couldn't help but ask "So, is there any reason for that smile of yours your highness, cause I am not getting a good feeling about it."

The reason for my courage had two factors one was Gaia who was sitting beside me and feeding me like a loving wife and the other was unknown to me.

My question only made his smile wider as he said "Well, I do have a reason, reasons actually first it is good to see my mom happy this much as for other reasons you don't need to know." Which annoyed me further.

"Also, don't you dare to make mom sad again previous you were an absolute asshole, you know?." He said never leaving a smile on his face though he looked annoyed, what about my previous self being an asshole is he referring to old me who didn't lose his memories?

*Boom. A noise followed as soon as I could see our 'king' could be seen stuck to the wall.

And Gaia was looking at him with a smile as she said "You should respect your father Typhon, otherwise I would inform him about your escapades with Arachnida. I am pretty sure he would like to see his daughter-in-law."

I looked at her with a weird expression as she realized her folly as she said: "Oh, it's my fault as I didn't tell you."

"Care to explain to Mrs. Gaia? Did my previous self know you and what about me being an asshole and such."

She took a deep breath as she looked into my eyes her face serious as she said "Well, you would have found out about it so listen carefully and don't pass out."

I raised an eyebrow feeling something important was coming as she continued "Actually, you are Herobrine, also my husband, the previous king of Zenith."

"Argh! Now I can't act like your sugar mommy." She muttered under her breath in a low voice though I heard it due to my senses and-

"Eh." My mind blanked out that.

"You ruined it, Mom." Cried Typhon as he floated in the air.

"Gaia, you bitch why do you have to tell him I had so many things I wanted to try with him but you told him the truth."

Whined a black cat that came out of who knows where as she looked at me.

"This cat can talk?" I couldn't help but speak.

The cat walked over to my body and sat on my lap as I instinctively started petting her and teasing and she started purring and moaning it was weird or maybe my years started working wrong.

"I am more than just a cat, you know, honey," the cat said as it transformed into a tanned woman with black hair, a pair of black cat ears, and a tail swaying playfully. The transformation caused her to sit on my lap with her plump buttocks on my crotch, her tail wrapped around my left arm. She looked up into my eyes, showing her golden eyes, and she was wearing Egyptian attire.

I wasn't even surprised at this point so I ignored her and looked at the only person I could ask in the room causing the cat girl to puff her cheeks.

"So, what was that about?" I didn't need to explain what was I asking.

Gaia looked slightly embarrassed but still explained.

After some explanation.

I incredulously looked at her, I knew that she wasn't lying because I felt the truth in her words.

Most of the things Gaia told me were true, as something in my mind confirmed that maybe my memories were lost due to my thorough cleaning, according to her explanation I could feel I was an asshole sometimes but in my defense, it was for their own good after all even after losing my memories I could feel boundless love towards them.

And I also guessed that losing memories have to do with something with my behavior.

They didn't tell me the reason for the loss as they told me it was me who told them not to.

But let's not dwell on the past and focus on the present.

I looked at my son who looked the same age as me at least from the outside considering I am older than Universe but still looked like a young man and Typhon also looked like one.

I also realized the familiarity was due to him being my son, he got my eyes and Gaia's hair his face was similar to Gaia's though he didn't look feminine instead he had an aura of beast and untamed one-on that, though I was unsure for how long it will be.

"So, who is Arachnida?" I asked after all shouldn't I be concerned about my future daughter-in-law according to Gaia's statement? It still surprised me how I assumed the difficult role of a father and acted like one though here I really am a father.

Typhon shot a half-embarrassed and angry glare at Gaia, who just whistled innocently he sighed in frustration then looked at me and said "It is none of your business."

"Oh being rebellious how old are you? My little god killer. Only five hundred years old, so it is definitely my business, after all, I have to prevent my son from falling some vixen's web. I don't want you to become like Samson after all."

Seeing his face reddening with embarrassment I found my 'new' role as a father very comfortable after all it was his fault for irritating me earlier.

"She is not a vixen, and vixens do not make webs." He said thankfully he didn't sound like a boy who forgot his parents after getting a wife.

"So, you know a lot about web-making care tell me about it, son." I teased him though I genuinely wanted to see who this Arachnida was.

Fortunately, for Typhon, his second mother came to his rescue as the cat goddess reminded us of something.

"Typhon, were not you about to send someone to America for something? So are there any candidates in your mind?"

Hearing this a smug look replaced the embarrassed look on the new king's face as he eyed me and said "Yes, a perfect candidate, after all my father also needs to familiarise himself with the Earth after his 'fall'."

I suddenly had a very bad premonition about it as I looked at Gaia with a complaint but she only said "Sorry, but you made a bet with him and you lost."

"Which bet?" I asked half asking and demanding.

"That if you call mother "Mommy" you will do any one thing I ask you to do."

I really wanted to punch my past self for making such a stupid bet, clearly, this wasn't going in a good direction.
