Rizzer is a child which was adopted by a headmaster of an academy, where he had lived there since he was young up until he grows up. His parents both involved in a car accident, leaving him alone in the world, which are the reason the headmaster adopted him later. As he was studying there, he met a girl and fall in love with her. Though it seems like he will be facing a big hurdle to chase after her.
