Epilogue

A long time ago, in a time period where people lived under the law of hunting, kill or be killed. A young girl whose name was forgotten and never written in our language that we know lived in a garden full of big yellow flowers that always seems to follow the direction of the sun, this flower is what we know in this day commonly known as SUNFLOWER.

This young girl never once liked the law of hunting. No, she loved animals yet she is a child of a hunter that takes both fame of his hunt and glory from hunting. She doesn't like how her father enjoys killing animals and her mother fancied wearing animal's skin cloths for mare fame and idolization of their people.

That's why she likes to run off to the field of flowers every single day even her parents say the danger that lurks in that place. One day she was out yet again to the field and heard a noise, a wailing of a wounded animal.

Curiosity as well the unknown pull made her fallow that sound, leading to a place full of yellow giant flowers. In the middle of the field was a platinum blond colored bear dried with blood. Her heart arch at that sight and fearlessly she approach that wounded fellow who tried to move away from her, fearing that she's one of those human who have hunted him.

"don't worry I'll help you." The girl sign to the bear who stared at her with electric blue eyes void of emotions yet his body language shows distrust as he stares at the girl with alarm. Yet the girl approaches him and take the big risk of her life, she starts to remove the spiky rock that was thrown by the hunter.

"Garr…" The bear hiss silently in pain. But the girl comforted him with a pat on his shoulder. It was a good thing the girl was currently searching for herbs for wounds and taken the poorly made basket with her when she followed that sound.

While she bondage the wound with her newbie's skill of bandaging, the polar bear watch her with emotionless eyes slowly warming up with her simple touch and actions.

The bear heard footsteps approaching them but it was not from humans, it was his brothers, coming from the tree line with a worried look and was alarm at the sight of the human beside their younger brother. Thinking that it was her, who made that wound made them hostile and sneered angrily at her as they walk nearer and nearer to them.

"w-what…" the girl realizes that she was surrounded by two bears. She starts to shake but she knows she did nothing wrong, so she gapped a mouthful of saliva and continue to bondage the wounds after pouring jabbed herbs.

The polar bear hiss and said something to his brothers: "I was saved by her." And the other bears become timid at that. They become comfortable yet they guarded the two for other hunters that must likely be lurking around.

That was the first meeting of Sunflower girl from a thousand year ago and the celestial polar bear before. It was a meeting that leads two strings to intertwine that never once broken for the last thousands of years and even this era where the two have met yet again in a flower field full of sunflower…
