pretty overestimated. mc is just a young master with plot armor, being arrogant with seemingly nothing to back that arrogance and other young masters come at him just to get face slapped. every pretty girl in academy is interested in him and with every pretty girl comes another young master. i dont get the love his brother is getting here either... he just feels like a dog that can do anything on command. if mc tells him to sit he sits, if he says lets go he comes behind the mc.

His comment alone is not enough. Read first, then decide. Thousands of chapters in, I can say it's not plot armour. MC trains hard. The bromance (relationship between two guy friends) is the best I've ever read. The romance and characters are authentic and unique. It's fast-paced but also slows at the same time, especially in the later chapters. However, it makes sense since the more robust, the longer it takes to improve. Ultimately, don't let your grandpa's opinion turn you away. MC is not invincible. MC is unyielding, smooth with the ladies, hard-working and naturally born talented. However, he still needs to work through worlds of cultivation levels. Thus, far from invincible, but full of op moments, a nice balance.
