Saiki Kusuo no Ψ nan. At the beginning you are like "ok it's inspired by Saiki Kusuo", but then you have the parents, especially the dad, and then the arrogant girl, then the motivated guy and the one who the MC can't read the mind. I stopped reading at this point, can't believe this is here. Chinese copycat, sad for the translator

Well I thought that as well, but after a few more chapters it does become something else, but its still obviously inspired by saiki.

there may be similarities in the characters, but the background is completely different! in Saiki, the character is the only one with powers, he trains them to save the world. in this novel, everyone has powers. The mc has too much and he has to hold back so as not to destroy the world. I don't see how his 2 stories can be compared?

Similarities? Are you joking? You meant ripoff. What a lazy writing, take most characters from a well known series and add the unoriginal cultivation environment and you can make a story in 5 minutes.

thank you for answering me, I was looking to be able to argue with one of those who compared this novel to this anime. I specify that I do not recommend this novel either, but not for the same reasons as you ... I do not appreciate too much the fact that the mc is a pushover and the forced comedy ... So to resume the debate (if you agree): I do not entirely agree on several points ... copy unidimentional characters can it be considered as copying? because given your descriptions of the various characters copied, they are only functional characters and the real reason for the complaint is to have taken too much? after, on the non originality, I do not think that having read 6 chapters, you can have a real opinion ... because as soon as we read a certain number of novel on this site, it is difficult to distinguish at the beginning ... but I can tell you that there are a number of very interesting passages in this novel. (the school's defense against the assassins or the story about cats trying to control the world!) but these passages are not enough to save him ... like i said, i'm not trying to promote this novel, i'm just trying to understand the plagiarism argument ... because later in the novel, you can see several references to other novels and when I saw them, it rather felt like a wink rather than shouting "it's a shame!" I only remember BTTH, but I think there are more ... and suddenly, I wonder if you are not complaining about the same thing ... I admit not having seen this anime, so I had not seen this reference, but that spoils the story to this extend? to the point of not even looking at what history offers others?

I respect your opinion and the fact that you have taken your time to write that answer. But I still think that it's unacceptable, perhaps after the first 20 chapters the story take a different turn from Saiki, but it's still leaves me with a bad taste. There a several novels in this app whose authors took there time to create an original introduction, we shouldn't reward an easily written scenario, and punish original and well thought ones. Again I don't know about the rest of the story, but I can see why the author choose to copy a famous story beginning, it's easy click for a beginner novelist. Anyway thanks for the answer 👍

Amazing, you can do that? I can't wait to start reading your works right away you'll be super famous through your monstrous skill soon enough. But calling it a "ripoff" is too harsh, the novel takes inspiration from nearly everything you can think off (It's like a compilation of reality and virtual reality (anything both online and offline)) and makes fun of it, also there is much more to the story than what you see in "Saiki Kusuo No Psi Nan". Personally i found Saiki Kusuo to be kinda dull and boring. Wang Ling on the other hand always has an air of mystery even if people found out he was ridiculously strong given that he seems to be able to do anything which he in fact can (he even unknowingly created a galaxy while he was still a child by accident).
