sigh I can't help but think all Chinese authors are masochists.... could you imagine ex. *my father raped my wife but from his perspective he was horny and I have a hot wife and he's blood all must be forgiven* sigh this is why I hate tragedy genre most Chinese authors do it wrong.

i read this quite a way in. it any a spoiler to me as his uncle/the king even started to consider the MC's mother. i just had to ask if the dad actually did make a move like that in order to make my decision to never return and complete what I started reading

ah. I was just clarifying your comment. to answer your question, no one else other than the uncle tried to hit on his wife so I have no idea what this reviewer is talking about.

It's a good novel 95% of the time. The ending is OK, but a bit short. Imagine if Avengers Endgame only lasted half an hour. đ
