I'm slightly annoyed about the Wuxiaworld people complaining here. I don't know much about either site but I'd just like to put it out there that this novel came from the Chinese Qidian site first, and the the Wuxiaworld people took it and translated it (and who knows whether they got permission). So I think that Qidian international have a partial right to take it from wuxiaworld and post it here, because the work originally came from them, although perhaps they should credit the original translator.

LIKEDude wuxia bought the copy rights. The translators have copyright over there work yet it qidian straight up ripped novels from wuxia WITHOUT the permission of the translators. That's the issue. That's the reason Qidian is getting sued.

What kind of logic is this?! Chinese QI is a publishing platform that publishes in Chinese. What they do is copy-paste. That QI haven't done any works whatsoever for RI. On the other hand, WW is translating the Chinese novel in English - they are doing work on the novel in order to post it on WW. And translators have an agreement with Er Gen (author). QI International doesn't have anything to do with the translation, translator or agreement with author. QI International doesn't have any "right" to copy-paste a novel on their site without anyone's consent. Are you a QI bot?
