petty main character who bows to and obeys his enemies. Strangely enough, mc tries to take advantage of the few people who seem friendly to him. especially the friendly ones who are in a desperate situation and have strong/rich background. the ones who could help his family's living situation in the real world. Instead he tries to scam these friendly rich people into buying water and jerky for tens of thousands of dollars. ALL OF THIS WHILE he discovered an OP cheat of a godstone that he keeps in his room that could enable him to make billions. someone tell me where i'm wrong please. also the conversation just feels extremely unnatural and choppy. definitely fed up with this ****ty story peace out boys

yeah all that happens by the time chapter 28 comes along. it really triggered me that the first truly nice person this mc met ended up getting extorted - which goes against all protagonists in wuxia novels. treat me nice and i repay it tenfold. treat me poorly and i kill 9 generations etc. in this novel, the mc has the most insane luck but still decides to cower to enemies and harms friends. i read a lot of novels (nearly all of them.) and i would have to say that this story is prolly one of the worst. also doesn't help that the conversations are translated to be: oh. hello. you are weak. yes sorry goodbye. check novelupdates for more honest reviews :)
Fool is the one who believes he has read almost every novel. Sorry to mention that way but it's the same thing as saying that you've seen almost every anime. or almost all movies. his comment does not make much sense, his father was probably killed by the Starry Group, his mother is being strangled by the family, at first he needed 2 million, to pay the family sincerely do not know what reason, then need money for the rates. brother school and then needed +/- 20 million, to be able to give the best for sister. and that's not to mention that everything and everyone has turned up for him at the beginning because of a small mistake. he was hunting only black beetles. in his situation having to take care of the family. with the mother clearly afraid of something. I honestly do not think that the father's problem ended with his death. he had no one to back him into the first shrine of God. it literally ran up from scratch. so in his situation I think even you would do the same.

so basically, an mc that acts more like a human being is bad? And the part about him cowering before enemies and extorting his friends is quite simply not true.
