Very poor writing. The author is a *******. So bam God's Santuary is released and suddenly murder is okay. Lol its not that simple. In a advanced technological era, there WILL be laws and they will be strictly enforced. This is just one of the MANY examples where it shows just how brainless and clueless the author is.
