Tbe MC Fang Yuan is a person who has returned back 500 years using a mystical Gu, the core of the cultivation system of his world.He is a schemer. He only cares about his goal, nothing else. Doesn't matter who suffers or what happens as long as it aligns with his goal and brings the maximum benefits to him. An 'anti-hero' at its core so, don't expect him to be going around doing good deeds.But its not like that he doesn't want to, its just that usually it doesn't help with his plans(LOL big surprise there). In the end its one of the best reads of mine among all the webnovels i have read. Definitely worthy to be recommended if you love a intelligent,ammoral and ruthless MC
