Review Detail of Lanzxz in When A Mage Revolts

The MC is great and the world is fleshed out and the side characters have depth. The story is more about battle of wits and self growth rather than actual action. The AI that he gets transported with is not overpowered and adds comical/humorous content to the story. The MC has to learn and grow and goes through some well written character development. My only complaints are that the development of the story as it continues, almost feels like it loses some of its purpose that it had at the beginning. Several things that were moderate details get simply forgotten or dismissed. But it's not enough to take away the charm and development of the story. Overall a book worth reading.
