*sigh* Still, It'll most likely have the same translator for 'Kings of Gods' if it's moved to here. Even they bring a new translator for it. It's considered unethical to force someone to give up their translations. All of the effort the translator has given just would've basically gone down in the drain. It takes around 3-4 hours to translate and edit. It has taken them minimum around 840 hours. I also believe GT has copyrights license over 'Kings of Gods'. I apologise for having a go. I just feel the translators don't have enough credit and people don't understand how much effort has been put into these works. The novels Qidian has put is great which is fantastic but I just want to give a little overview of the translators. We got to appreciate what we have. Thanks.

Asking Qidian to poach a novel that already has a translator is pretty rude and childish tbh, not to mention that the review section for another, entirely separate and unrelated, novel is definitely not the place to be begging for it. If you're honestly that impatient then look up the MTLs for King of Gods.

I perfer reading all Qidian novel on this app.

Instead of translating novels already being translated else where it would be better to get some of the dropped novels on here instead. Stealing the Heavens and Wu Shang Jin Shia are good examples of good stories that got discontinued because the translator had R/L issues. It would be great if someone could pick them up on here.

What i mean is that they should recruit the translator from gravity tales and give some incentives so that he/she will switch to qindan... for example " i really am a superstar" which was in gravity tales before

the guy is a high shool student even if he came to qidian the speed during the shool year wouldn't change at all here, so no point complaining, if you are desperate read it mtl, plus qidian, i think doesnt hire underage translators

King of Gods is pretty slow so I just read mtl, its not the best but at least its something

its just like this guy said, the updates of KOG isn't because the site but the translator/editor, high schooler translator had different time to translate than free timer translator

YES I stopped reading that novel because of the update speed.

Its the translator of gravity tales who translate this, qidian just paid him :-)

I'm happy to have 4-5 chapters a week, anymore will require either the translator having no sleep to pump out the chapters, or multiple translators working in tandem. as far as I can tell this is still a donation supported platform, so depending on the donations it's likely not feasible to just translate without work. Also mentioing that so and so a novel already has X# of chapters doesn't mean much, 1000 chapters probably took at least 6 on the probably 1-2 years. This is all just my take on the matter.

Pages? Are your on iOS? I'm on Android and all I can do is scroll, I prefer pages, not that it's a big deal the fact that the desktop has infinite scroll for chapters means that all I have to do is delete so case off the page and set my browser to auto scroll to the bottom of the page to load the whole novel, then I just copy paste and run some automated tools I have to format and spit out a ebook, only takes me 5mins for a 500 chapter book

Are you using the Qidian app or just a normal browser? Im using the App and i can only use pages.

How about you **** right off? Got a problem with Gravity's translation speed. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. You go and help them translate. If you don't then quit your *****ing pleeb
