Started reading last month and now I'm about halfway in of the story, which is around 1000 chapters. pretty sorry to say I'm a little bored of how it has been developing, though in their defense, I was binge-reading at least 20 chapters a day and even skipped meals..... Story-wise, it feels pretty standard-ish - same-ol' too-proud-for-his/her-own-good antagonist, typical protagonist that does whatever's necessary to become stronger, y'know, the classic stuff. The plot lines are almost painfully clear to see even if you don't read a lot of this genre and the twists have a little too much foreshadowing. There's nothing really wrong with the story, its quite the interesting read in itself, just the development of it loses out. What I like is how much contrast in size the world feels at the first half of the story compared to the second half. As far as characters are concerned, I personally am not a fan of the MC. A little too boring, a little too unscrupulous, a little too judgmental. (Sometimes) But I will give props for the diversity in each character's individuality, especially the comic relief ones. Translations are well.... good enough to read. Let's leave it at that. There are certain subtleties which I understand is difficult to explain in English whilst trying to retain its original Chinese structure, but this team has been pretty good so far. Kudos to you guys and keep up the good work! I'm sure there's still plenty of room to grow. ***. For those of you concerned about the NTR tag, there's really no cause for alarm. The story doesn't really develop in such a way that you'll attach much sentimental value to the female characters anyway, but that's just my two cents. But being a NTR hater myself, I haven't seen anything to tick me off so far. But who can say, I still have another half I haven't read yet.

LIKEMy initial understanding of netorare was the lead female protagonist cheating on the lead male protagonist with an antagonist of the story, either forced or with concent. And the cheating thing happens to be a continuous thing where it happens more than once until the female eventually admits to liking it. (Hentai gave me this impression) its fucking sick and idk why such a fetish even exists but if you read this novel, can you specify a few spoilers for me please. There are a lot of opposing reviews, where some people say its NTR and some say 'its not, its just butthurt readers' (I will probably ID with the butthurt readers more in this situation until further specifications are made.) I think I kind of get the first 2 instances of the NTRs mentioned but I'm confused about the sister NTR'd tag. This is honestly the one thing I need a little clarity for before I make the decision to read this.
