Its one of those novels you follow just for the sake of having something to read while waiting for the ones you really like. The story is not that grandoise but it has its moment but those are really scarce after 600 chapters. Same stuff happens when mc meet new female harem members which gets a little boring. Theres only three stuff that happens in this novel. Secret area openings, old people hunting him down because theyre of him in the future and females who want to kill him dont die.

Can't agree more. Also, author just keeps destroying or changing the characters personality to fit his immediate nerrative. They flip around all the time including mc. Author also destroys his worlds rules all the time. He sets a rule, then comes a person who not only break those previously set rules, he practically sh*ts on them. This novel is indeed very bland and quite honestly really annoying to read...

Currently at chapter 467. I am already feeling bored at chapter 400++... got no motivation to read on. I came here due to 5 star reviews. Is this novel really good or is it just me?

Haha have you seen the translator Sigma himself posting 5 star spam reviews? There are like 50 reviews just from Sigma at page 23 to 24! Other peoples reviews aren't much different either... Reviews are a goddamn joke...

There’s like over 100+ chapters worth of straight up premium locked chapters. And every chapter is like 10 spirit stones. Waaaay to greedy on their part.

there are limits of what patience means. if you have to read 1000 chapters before the novel becomes sth decent you need to set your priorities back to normal bro. GoS was decent at the start but later he became some passive ***** where everyone is using him and manipulating like hes some retard, which he becomes. wheres his life ideals and all that extra crap? he would never show mercy to his enemies especially women since hes perverted af but naah... not to mention they have their strenght sealed and he talks about doing stuff yet still saving them at the end.. trash novel with the typical author cheap writing where he degeneratss the novel and adjust to his weak and pathetic writing at get-go so this Scrabble of story could follow somewhere, yet still being mediocre at best moments trough the novel.

I hate the momentum though, it just a stretch for more work count, and it make reader continue to read for then usual and most of the time it is anticlimactic. Building the hype so high only to have the usual Xianxia ending. but I guess if you are looking for the same thing to read then ok.
