Good concept, somewhat lacking character designs and relationships, plot developement is alright but explanations of author are sometimes poor to a confusing level/ jumping around but worldbuilding seems generally interesting. It's easier to binge read than chapter by chapter. Would wish for more translations but hope that it doesn't degrade later on as their seem to appear some redundancies (e.g. fulcrum/ lever reference to Archimedes) and the focus from old to new character seems to begin to shift, not reflecting what old chars experience as mc becomes all powerful beyond them because of that not many sympathizise with mcs companions so far . In general, not really recommended when this story is still on hiatus and when it is translated it's a good read for boredom as long as you can binge read complete arcs.

This kind of reviews seems to be often made, I though find it very clear. I think that despite its poor translation quality on most chapters (until the translator changed a third time), everything is clear and intrresting. It might depends of the people reading it, maybe hardcore fantasy fans are more touched by this than people with no knowledge in this domain, everything he didn't explain is common sense in fantasy after all...

This has nothing to do with fantasy and fantasy elements that are to confusing. Imo the structure of the authors explanation or sentences and his choice of words(of translator?) are sometimes awkward and sometimes lacking e.g. split up explanations or when the author first introduced 'spaceships' and didn't really describe their appeareance, if it's rather a 'spaceship' or 'space'-ship and than did it more or less in a chapter or so later. I don't know if it's because of the translators but the current translator also mentioned that the author has an awkward writing style or sentence structure(Qidian is a site for '*******'- authors anyways). That's why I think it's better to binge read this novel. You don't need to take my review to seriously. I only did this one because of the Christmas event. ;)
