This is a very good novel, definitely included in my top 5. If you are looking for an MC that uses brain over brawn, this one will make you crave for more. The plot, the humor, the characters and the unpredictability of the events are top notch.

It is just that people around him follow conventional method and not used to seeing someone who continuously defy the common norms. MC just acts as the situation arises, if you can recall, the body whom he took over has little knowledge of anything around him specially how to go over with obtaining occupations like beast taming, painting etc.. We can compare the MC to a fully educated grown man suddenly forced to seat with a class of kindergarten students. Which means . . . while the children are learning how to distinguish colors and shapes, MC is already well versed with calculus and quantum physics.

Ye but the fact that the MC is an a superior level is ok. What I'm saying is that he can't watch and adapt himself to a situation and act smartly. to resume ur exemple: he doesn't understand that he is talking to people who start to learn the colors. It's like at primary school a teacher talks about geopolitic....

I'm sorry to disagree, He should not adapt himself to a mentality of a kid. Remember that he is in an unfamiliar world, to have progressed to his current state is already surprising considering he is just barely a month in this world. Now, if MC will follow what everyone used to do and avoid putting everyone in awe by his progress, do you think he will reach the stage he is in right now? You only think the MC was stupid because the author was conveying the thought of the insignificant crowd that was left dumbstruck since they are not used to seeing methods that the MC is using.
