Not gonna lie... Harem feels wrong in this setting. The girls are all normal, day to day girls from one pairing setting. No world ending or circunstances that would lead for them to view harem as normal. Even Domestic Kanojo didn't had two timing working right. It feels just wrong here....

If there is no harem, just don't do one night stands as readers will declare it as NTR when the side character girl or women (If they have shown feelings for MC) decides to do it with some other guy or stolen by someone else (depends on you), that will also be called as NTR.
