the hero is far too dissociated from reality, in chapter 8 we learn that he knew that Stark industry existed, but that he didn't care much about it. so he's in Marvel and DC world and he's not shocked or anything, it's like a Monday for him. how can you feel involved in a world when the MC himself acts like he's in a video game. It’s not fun for him and for us. and the jokes with the author, the 4th wall really broken, it works with Deadpool but not in this case. mainly because it happens too often
