Thanks for pointing this out I just noticed Webnovel doesn't copy Italic Font which I am using to describe other people's thoughts. It perfectly worked on other sites, where I am publishing but Webnovel doesn't support it. That's why, I have manually changed the Italic font now, so that it will be easy to distinguish between Conversations and thoughts.
