it's indeed dbs broly as shown in the picture in chapter 2, DBZ broly never had anything like infinity growing during the battle which the mc also posses the mc absorbed was a dbs broly(clone) when he just came to earth before fighting Vegeta so he has yet to unlock super Saiyan or legendary super Saiyan forms
