The orginal characters don’t act like themselves which author uses their altered personalities to create forced plot holes surrounding the mc

I was wondering if you knew the meaning of an Au story?

I was wondering if you knew the phrases plot hole or forced plot because even with the introduction of au there are still plenty of those to go around Not to mention that the only altered part of this universe is the uzumaki family structure and the MCs existence so tell me why Obito acts so differently and spares peoples lives because they showed great comeraderie when that contradicts his entire character and villain ideology
