I looked it up & says that on Reddit there seems to be a Chinese fanfic called "Marvel: Fusion". So if that's this novel & not done by the original nor given permission then it's a stolen work along with having a Patreon to make money off of it so wouldn't be surprised. It's a Chinese novel & it has 443 chapters available on MTLNovel.
