Well, no even the novel bother with Iggdrasil (game) before momonga was sent to the New World. But Fic authors keep trying to write it. Problem is. We rrad 30, 40, 50 chapters and when we finally get to new world where canin should start and the fic get dropped. So I'm going to wait before reading.
