i only have one problem with this work and its about the mc. as for someone who could out smart prime rick he is to careless and uncreative. you see smart people are called smart because they use their wisdom most of the time. and some that should be smarter than the smartest man in the universe should be using it all the time. but no the mc's ability is limited by authors creativity. there is nothing new. the author thinks elemental rasengan is new and creative enough.
