The Premise itself is Unique. The Writing Quality and the World Background specifically are pretty good, as well. While I don't have any problem with the long narrative text of some kind, I think you could take it slow and steady, as I said in your 1st Chapter before. It's too rushed, I think. And lastly, try to make the Dialogue longer and more lively. Overall, it's a good story to read. Just try to do better with the delivery.
