Review Detail of RyujiSakamata in A War of Worlds

The worldbuilding is top-notch. The words sink in my mind as I read it. However, some statements, especially actions, seems passive. The characters on the other hand are suddenly inserted without a brief description of who they are and what they do. I understand that this is still in the early pages; I'm looking for the development of the story.
