The One Pease arch is good. The fights, dialogues, and plot are at an acceptable level. The problems begin when the Protagonist decides to abruptly stop conquering the world and goes to Naruto world (That's why?). This arch is one solid filler. The plot is not progressing for more than 100 chapters. Generally. It's all chatter with a rare action. The only deviation from the canon is that Konoha was not destroyed. It is clear that the author has already run out of ideas, and the plot has reached a dead end. And so it all started well...
