Review Detail of Garland in I really don't want to open a harem here

The most interesting thing about the fanfic is the whole hentaiverse which alone allows for a large number of good characters and situations. The writing has some problems as it can sometimes become confusing on what is going on. The System is just their, doesn't really explain itself and is mostly used just for the plot. Its not fully explained and while I understand its reward system, it is sometimes vague that it feels like its rewards are just their to pull something to help in the plot. The main issue and problem that i think lowers the story overall is the MC, Mu Xiaoxiao. Besides his Chinese name and overall character that feels like came from a Chinese novel, his personality is cringe, boring, inconsistent and sometimes just annoying. He doesn't really feel like an actual character and sometimes acts kinda dumb in situation. He is mostly passive unless things force him despite knowing how his system rewards him. Its like if he was going to be rewarded by picking an apple while being surrounded by apple trees, instead of actually picking one, he just waits and sits around until an apple falls. He is so passive that situations has the be forced to start in order for him to act. Sure in later chapters he does become a little active but from the start, he was very passive. It's fine if it is what the system needs him to do but the system, like i have said, is so vague and confusing in explanation that it doesn't make sense. Overall the story is interesting, being set in the hentaiverse, but Mu Xuaoxiao tends to be just the most uninteresting parts at times.
